Iron on Instruction

To transfer this application to fabric (shirt, jacket, etc.), do the following:

1. Prepare a heat press or an iron at 130 ° C - for reflective stickers (lowest heet should be tried firstly to confirm fabric reaction); At 160 ° C - applying a black or white (non-reflective!!!) sticker.

2. Place the fabric (shirt, jacket, etc.) on a smooth, little bit soft and firm surface (a table on which a sheet is spread in several layers). Make sure the body is straightened smoothly.

3. Place the application on the fabric so that the base of the film is up and the image is down;

4. Put baking paper on the application so that it does not stick to the heating surface

5. By pressing firmly, heat the reflectors for 5 seconds the first time. Check, how it has sticked. Repeat, if needed.

6. When it has cooled down, carefully remove the film base. If it is not completely stuck, hang it for another 5-10 seconds. depending on the thermal resistance of the fabric.

7. When the abse plastic is removed, put the baking paper on a fabric, and press one more time, to make sticker hold stronger.

8. If during wearing some palces, corners sticks off, find your iron, baking paper, and stick the material back to fabric. We add some repear items for narrowest and tiny items of the most delicate iron ons to the parcel we are sendng to you, so is a small item is lost, you can repear with a substitution sticker for an eye, ear or narrow hair of animal fur. Please ask me for the help if any questions: [email protected]. or call +371 28783598.

Suitable for denim, cotton, linen, mixed, polyester fabrics. Can be washed up to 40 ° C - inside out.

Not suitable for: Down jackets, nylon, hydrophobic, impregnated and stiffened fabrics - even so, we have tried such a materials ourselves with successful results, these materials are not recomended. If you have a smll pece of the fabric to try on - with careful attention all must be ok - but the fabric must be tested for the heat resistance before it.

P.S. The following information applies only to reflective stickers. Use on nylon is not "officially" recommended by the manufacturer, but considering that reflectors are most suitable for various sports clothing, umbrellas and other synthetic fabrics, including nylon, "CatHat" has tested the ironing of reflectors on this material. If you adjust the temperature of the iron according to the instructions for the fabric (if there is none - 130 degrees C or - 1-2 points of the iron - to check the strength of the fabric) and fuse for no more than (at the first time of testing) 3-5 seconds, neither nylon nor various other materials will be damaged we are not If the sticker does not stick after the first time, repeat the process with a slightly higher temperature and/or longer ironing time.

We do not recommend ironing the stickers of other materials (black, white) on synthetic fabric, as a higher temperature is required. But with caution, these vinyl stickers can also be ironed on successfully.

Before decorating the garment, make sure that the fabric is intended for ironing at a medium or high temperature (two to three dots in the iron symbol).

"SmilingWIld" SIA is not responsible for fabric damaged by ironing. We have provided the most tested and adequate information to make the process easy and safe, but we cannot answer for individual cases where the heat resistance of the fabric has not been tested.

Re-ironing damaged parts

If some parts of your application does not stick too good after harder treetment, repet ironing.
